- What is Concierge Silk?
You are strapped for time but like to get things done quickly. You do not have the workload or resources to hire someone for full-time support. You would rather spend more productive time on growing your business than on mundane administrative tasks. You are on a temporary job assignment or relocation to Singapore, and are unfamiliar with the city or lack a network of support.
Concierge Silk provides virtual support to businesses and busy professionals who need such help. We are experienced in this field, therefore also the right person for the job if you need your tasks to be executed professionally and efficiently.
We are supported by a network of partners whom we have tried and tested. Each partner is carefully selected based on their experience, expertise and business stability. Quality and reliability are thus assured.
- Where is Concierge Silk located?
Concierge Silk is located in Singapore. Our time zone is GMT+8
- Can Concierge Silk provide services outside of Singapore?
Currently, Concierge Silk is only able to handle request for services within Singapore, as well as overseas travel and event planning from Singapore.
- What kind of tasks can Concierge Silk perform?
Concierge Silk can assist with any task a regular secretary can do, which does not require our onsite management or physical presence.

I want to run an IT health check for 20 staff. Please recommend a vendor or professional who is experienced in this field.
- Beauty & Grooming Services
Help! My customer is in town and she needs to attend a black-tie event and requires styling assistance. Please recommend a hairstylist.

I have a document that needs to be translated from English to Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Thai, Japanese and Korean.
- Event Planning
My company wants to hold a Dinner & Dance event for our 50th Anniversary. Please look into end-to-end planning, including the theme development and creative design.
- Virtual Assistant
I have a team of engineers coming to Singapore for 2 months, after which they will be travelling to Malaysia and Indonesia. Please make all the necessary travel arrangements, see to their stay in Singapore and support them administratively.
- Travel Planning:
- What are your working hours?
Our working hours are from 8.30am to 6.30pm, Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays.
However, we understand that you may require last minute changes or new requests may crop up after our working hours. We will be pleased to assist you on a case to case basis.
If you hold a virtual assistant package, overtime arrangements can be made separately with advance notice through your Relationship Manager.
- What determines a 'normal' or 'urgent' request?
Any request that is received outside of our working hours, as stated in Q.4, and requires execution during those hours is considered urgent.
A normal request that is received after working hours will only be attended to the next working day.
- How can I reach you if I need to make an urgent request?
You may place an urgent request through your Relationship Manager

- What are your charges like?
Rates for various requests are determined on a case-by-case basis. To find out more, simply call us at 6592 4522 or submit a request here.
- Are my S$ transferable?
All S$ are only transferable between members of Concierge Silk. We call this 'gifting'.
If you would like to gift Concierge Silk’s services to a non-member, you would need to set up an account on his/her behalf.
Credits cannot be used by any other party under your account.
- How do I pay to use Concierge Silk?
We have several modes of payment.
For amounts up to S$500, the fastest, easiest and most secured way is through our website. We accept credit card payments via Pay Pal or Easy Pay.
You may also choose to pay by cheque, cash or Internet banking.
- What do the charges cover?
All charges quoted to fulfil a request cover only the backend administrative work such as sourcing for an appropriate vendor, making arrangements on your behalf, etc.
They do not include charges incurred to consume the service of third party vendors. For instance, if you need our help to make a dining reservation, our charges do not include the actual cost of the meal. You will need to make a direct payment to the restaurant.
- What happens if I have S$25 left but my job costs S$50?
You would need to purchase more credits before we proceed to execute your request.
- How long are my credits valid for?
6 months from date of purchase.
- How long is the Virtual Assistant (VA) package valid for?
Our VA package is valid for a month from the date of purchase or from the activation date, where instructed.
