Concierge Silk ("Concierge Silk", "we", or "us"), through this website (the "Site"), provides information, recommendations, and live concierge services (the "Services"). We hope you enjoy your visit!
The terms, conditions and guidelines associated with use of the Services, the Site and any content (collectively, the "Content") available on the Site are set forth in this Terms of Use Agreement ("TOU"). Please read this TOU carefully before you use the Services or the Site. By using the Services or the Site, you have agreed to the terms, conditions, and guidelines set forth in this TOU.
Except as is provided in Concierge Silk's privacy policy (which is incorporated into this TOU below), Concierge Silk may update or change this TOU from time to time without notice. Such changes will be effective on the date that such modified TOU is posted on the Site, which is located at http://www.conciergesilk.com. USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES AFTER SUCH CHANGES HAVE TAKEN EFFECT CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF ALL CHANGES.
Please also note that if Concierge SIlk determines at any time that you have abused or violated any of these terms, conditions and guidelines, Concierge Silk reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site and Services immediately without notice.
Concierge Recommendations and Information
The concierges' comments and recommendations presented on the Site are based on research and opinions collected by the concierges, and are subject to change at any time. In addition, all responses will be provided based upon REASONABLE research and efforts on behalf of our operators.
User Name, Password and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your user name and password. You agree to immediately notify Concierge Silk of any unauthorized use of your user name and Password or any other breach of security related to the Site. Concierge Silk WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR FAILURE TO ADEQUATELY SAFEGUARD YOUR USER NAME AND/OR PASSWORD, OR TO OTHERWISE COMPLY WITH THIS SECTION. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY SUSPEND THE USE OF YOUR USER NAME AND PASSWORD SHOULD YOU FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THIS TOU.
Eligibility
The Services and the Site are available only to individuals or entities who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law and who are employees and affiliates of entities that have entered into a services agreement with Concierge Silk or one of its distributors. Without limiting the foregoing, the Services and the Site are not available to individuals under the age of eighteen (18). By using the Services or the Site, you warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older.
If you do not qualify, you may neither use the Services nor the Site. For special promotions, this age requirement may require that users of this site be (21) years of age or older.
Privacy
Concierge Silk knows how important privacy is to you and is committed to honoring your privacy. You can review Concierge Silk's privacy policy, which is incorporated by reference into this TOU, at [http://www.conciergesilk.com]
In order to ensure that Concierge Silk is able to provide high quality services that are responsive to customer needs, Concierge Silk employees may need to access your accounts and records on a case by case basis to investigate complaints or other allegations or abuse.
Concierge Silk shall not disclose the existence or occurrence of such an investigation unless required by law. The information you provide is the information that we will be capable of accessing. Therefore, if you do not wish to share any personal, contact, financial or other sensitive information, please do not do so.
Links to Third-Party Sites
Some of the links on the Site may allow you to leave the Site. Third-party sites to which the Site may link ("Third-Party Linked Sites") are not in any way under Concierge Silk's control, and Concierge Silk DOES NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT, COMMUNICATIONS, SERVICES, GOODS OR OTHER MATERIALS AVAILABLE ON SUCH THIRD-PARTY LINKED SITES OR FOR ANY CHANGES OR UPDATESTO SUCH SITES. Concierge Silk does not intend links contained on the Site to be referrals to, or endorsements of, any Third-Party Linked Site or the entities that operate them, and such links are provided for convenience only.
General Disclaimer
THE SITE, ALL THIRD PARTY LINKED SITES, AND ALL SERVICES, CONTENT AND MATERIALS PROVIDED IN THE SITE, ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS, WITH ALL FAULTS" BASIS, AND YOUR USE OF SUCH SITES, SERVICES, CONTENT AND MATERIALS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. Concierge Silk DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, INFRINGEMENT, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL Concierge Silk, ANY OF ITS PARTNERS, PROVIDERS, AFFILIATES, INCLUDING THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR REPRESENTATIVES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, RELIANCE, COMPENSATORY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF THE USE, INABILITY TO USE, OR THE RESULTS OF USE OF THE SITE, THE SERVICES AVAILABLE ON THE SITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THE SITE, THE MATERIALS OR INFORMATION CONTAINED AT THE SITE.
Prohibited Uses
As a user of the Services including Forums, Chats or Postings on this Site you agree to use the Services and the Site only for lawful purposes. Use of the Services or the Site for transmission, distribution, retrieval or storage of any information, data, or other material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. You also agree not to use the Services or the Site to:
- Use or transmit any material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, or other intellectual property right without proper authorization;
- Harass others by "mail-bombing" or "news-bombing";
- Threaten, harass, defame, embarrass or distress any other person or group;
- Distribute computer viruses, worms, or any software intended to damage or alter a computer system without the owner's consent;
- Use "auto-responders," "cancel-bots," or other similar mechanisms that generate excessive network traffic;
- Post or send any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, libelous, pornographic, obscene, vulgar or similarly tortuous or otherwise objectionable material;
- Post, send or relay any unsolicited advertising;
- Post or send any chain letters or pyramid schemes;
- Post or send any fraudulent or misleading offers of products, items, loans, or other services;
- Post any misleading, inaccurate or fraudulent information;
- Post any junk e-mails;
- Post any duplicative or unsolicited messages;
- Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent;
- Create a false identity or forged e-mail address or header or otherwise attempt to mislead others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of the message; or
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Site through login password mining or any other means.
Termination
Concierge Silk may terminate the Services and access to this Site at any time without notice in its sole discretion. We possess the right to refuse service at anytime. In the event of a termination, the Links to Third-Party Sites, General Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Prohibited Uses, Proprietary Rights, Indemnity, Applicable Laws, and General Terms Sections set forth in this TOU shall survive.
Proprietary Rights Software
You acknowledge and agree that the Service and any Concierge Silk software used in connection with the Service ("Software") contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You agree not to modify the Software in any manner or form, or to use modified versions of the Software, including (without limitation) for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to the Service. You agree not to access the Service by any means other than through the web interface or access numbers that may be provided by Concierge Silk for use in accessing the Service.
Trademarks
The trademarks appearing on the Site, including those of Concierge Silk are the property of their respective owners. Concierge Silk's trademarks may not be used without the express written permission of Concierge Silk. The design and layout of the Site, and all other Websites owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by Concierge Silk are protected as trade marks and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part. No logo, graphic, sound, image, or animation from the Site may be copied or retransmitted unless expressly permitted by Concierge Silk. Other product and company names mentioned on the Site may be the trademarks of their respective owners.
Copyright
All materials on the Site are copyrighted and are protected by the copyright laws of Singapore and other countries. Concierge Silk's materials may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, adapted, displayed, edited, published, transmitted, or downloaded in any way without Concierge Silk's express written permission except that you may download one copy of the Content for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that all copyright and proprietary notice are displayed on such downloaded content. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Concierge Silk. If you are aware of any copyright violations on the site, please contact ringforservice@conciergesilk.com.
Notice
All notices to a party shall be in writing. Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after an e-mail that is not returned to the sender is sent, or 3 days after posting to you at the address provided by you upon registration
Changes to Site and Services
Concierge Silk reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Services or the Site at any time, including the availability of any of the Site features, delivery services, databases or Content. Concierge Silk may also impose limits on features or restrict access to parts of the Site.
Applicable Laws
Both you and Concierge Silk agree that the statutes and laws of Singapore will govern all matters relating in any way to this TOU or to your use of the Site. Concierge Silk makes no representation that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access the Site from outside of Singapore do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
General Terms
If any provision(s) of the TOU is found to be contrary to Singapore law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect. Concierge Silk's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOU shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The TOU constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the TOU will be effective only if unambiguously made in writing and signed by Concierge Silk.

Your privacy is important to Concierge Silk. Maintaining the trust of our users is key to the success of our business, and this Privacy Policy is intended to make you feel as comfortable as possible visiting our website and using our services.
This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for the concierge services, web sites and any other sites and services operated by Concierge Silk. This Privacy Policy will provide you with information on our policies regarding:

- How the Personal Information is used
- With whom the Personal Information may be shared
- The choices available to users regarding collection, use and distribution of the Personal Information

Personal Information
"Personal Information" is information that would allow someone to identify or contact you, including, for example, your full name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address. Personal Information does not include aggregated information that, by itself, does not permit the identification of individual persons (like statistics about how many persons visited our web site last month, or how many visitors are male and how many are female).

Acceptance
This Privacy Policy is a part of our Terms of Use agreement and by using the Concierge Silk website and services, you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. This Privacy Policy only addresses activities from our servers. Other sites (including those that we link to and third party sites or services which we co-brand) may have their own policies, which we do not control, and thus are not addressed or controlled by this policy.
(1) What Personal Information Is Collected
You provide certain Personal Information to us when you: (a) register to use the services, (b) register for free newsletters, (c) complete questionnaires, (d) order products and services from us (e) register to be notified of changes in our website and (f) send e-mail messages, (g) place requests online from your membership page, (h) submit personal contacts, credit card numbers or other sensitive information, submit forms or send other information to us. In reference to item (h), these pieces of your personal information are submitted by you at your own discretion and will. Please note that these pieces of information will be securely stored in our databases, however, are subject to general online viruses, hack attempts and unknown threats. Please also note that in order to process your requests that require us to access these pieces of information, a select group of our operators will be required to gain access to this information. We will do our very best to secure your personal information and minimize the number of people that have access to your personal profile. Again, you are offering this information and although we will do our best to protect your information, WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE WHATSOEVER SHOULD YOUR SENSITIVE PROFILE INFORMATION BECOME COMPROMISED.
We use a feature of your browser called a "cookie" to assign a unique number that automatically identifies your computer when you visit the site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on your hard drive containing information about you. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. If you reject the cookie, you may still use our site. The only drawback to this is that you will be limited in some areas of our site, or may have to enter passwords or identifying information more than once. We may collect Personal Information from you at other points on our site that state that Personal Information is being collected.
In the event of a complaint, we may also receive Personal Information about you from other users or third parties who may communicate information to us about you in relation to that complaint.
(2) Who Collects the Personal Information
Design & Marketing Pte Ltd, which owns and operates Concierge Silk and its web site and related sites, is the company that collects Personal Information on our site
(3) How the Personal Information Is Used
We use your Personal Information to provide you with content and services that are tailored specifically to the profile you provide.
We do not sell or provide your Personal Information to third-party marketers or other third parties unless you expressly agree in advance to let us do so. From time to time, we will have a corporate partner sponsor our site and we may send you information in the form of a newsletter or dedicated email with their information. Should your membership derive expressly from such a corporate sponsorship, we would provide the corporate sponsor with your general sign up details (address, name, date of sign up details & types of requests placed), but never your sensitive profile information).
We use your information on an aggregated basis (not personally identifiable) to do such things as operate our site, enhance our site and sell and deliver messages. We may disclose aggregated information about our users but that information contains no Personal Information.
Although your privacy is very important to us, due to legal rules beyond our control, we cannot fully ensure that your private communications and other Personal Information will not be disclosed to third parties. For example, we may be forced to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. Again, we may also need to provide some of your personal details to corporate sponsors that are affiliated with our company or have directed you to our company to register on our site. Additionally, in the unlikely event we need to investigate or resolve possible problems or inquiries, we can, and you authorize us to, disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate. In addition, we may share Personal Information with our contractors on a need-to-know basis in order to maintain our services provided that such contractors have agreed to the non-disclosure and confidentiality requirements we require of our employees.
(4) Privacy Protection for Children
In order to protect the privacy interests of younger internet users, we do not allow children under the age of 18 to use our services.
(5) The Choices Available to Users Regarding Collection, Use And Distribution of the Personal Information
You can control the content of your Personal Information by following the instructions stated below in Section 6.
Please note that if you provide any information on your own or directly to parties who provide service to our web site or any other sites you encounter on the Internet (even if these sites are branded with our branding), different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the Personal Information you disclose to them. We encourage you to investigate and ask questions before disclosing information to third parties.
(6) How Users Can Correct Any Inaccuracies in the Personal Information
If Personal Information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, we will provide a way for you to correct, update or remove your Personal Information. You can update your personal profile at anytime by logging into your Concierge Silk account and clicking on the update profile link. You may also select to subscribe or unsubscribe to any of our newsletters at anytime by clicking on those corresponding links at the footer of each of our newsletters. For other changes to your profile, or to be erased from our database, please email us at ringforservice@conciergesilk.com.
(7) What Kind of Security Procedures We Use to Protect the Loss, Misuse, or Alteration of Your Personal Information Under Our Control
Concierge Silk takes precautions to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via our website, that information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration and personal profile forms ask users to enter sensitive information, that information is protected using industry-standard SSL encryption. Please note that SSL encryption is sporadically initiated throughout various portions of the site. Not all pages are SSL encrypted, so please be careful what information you submit on our site(s). In addition, please note that Concierge Silk will also use external sites hosted with other companies which may or may not utilize or similar encryption if any.
We hope this policy clarifies our procedures regarding your Personal Information. We will notify you by e-mail of any significant changes and obtain your "opt-in" consent to any significant new uses of your Personal Information, if it was collected from you prior to a significant change in this policy. We may also make non-significant changes to our Privacy Policy that generally will not affect our use of your Personal Information.
SERVICES
- Relationship Managers (RMs) - RMs are available Mon-Fri 8.30am-6.30pm, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Any emergencies handled outside normal office hours will be charged additional fees. RMs are responsible for providing you with informational driven services, limited to virtual telephone oriented operator tasks. RMs will not physically provide any work such as pick-ups, mailings, drop offs, or ANY ERRAND SERVICES WHATSOEVER ... In addition, RMs will not provide any secretarial services.The RMs will find, research, book, call, remind or order online any required service or such related service.
All RMs speak English and it is not guaranteed that you will speak with or deal with the same RM each time you place a request. RMs will do their best possible to provide you with the information or task at hand. However, there will be circumstances where such information or far-fetched requests are not fulfilled. RMs will do the best they can to service your requests, but Concierge Silk nor its operators will be held accountable, liable or financially responsible for any inaccurate information provided.
Should you sign up for our Virtual Assistant package, you will be assigned to a dedicated team comprising a main contact person and a supporting member. The main contact person will be your primary contact points for you to place your requests. Dedicated staff members will be randomly assigned to your account upon signing up for services. You may reach these individuals via the common method of placing requests, however, Concierge Silk reserves the right to replace your dedicated team when needed with notification to you. Should your dedicated team be unavailable, requests can still be made through other staff members but the dedicated team will be the one to execute on the request unless the request requires immediate action .
Please take note that your individual staff members WILL NOT be available 24/7. You will be able to reach your dedicated staff team on business days Monday through Friday from 8.30am - 6.30pm (Singapore time, GMT +8hrs). For times when they are not available, you will still be able to submit a request via the common methods of placing requests. Emergency requests will be charged an additional fee. - Virtual Assistant package – Packages are not set to renew automatically. They are valid only for the time period paid for.
- Cancellations and Refunds– There will be no cancellations and refunds for credits or Virtual Assistant package purchased and there will be no refunds for credits not utilized within the validity period. No requests for cancellations or refunds will be entertained. For any reason, if you want to terminate your account, please write to us at ringforservice@conciergesilk.com
- Pricing - Pricing can change at any time, however you will be notified at least 1 month in advance. Currently our prices for our services can be found on the website under Rates.
- Promotional Codes - From time to time Concierge Silk will issue promotional codes which grant %'s off for our services. While we encourage you to take advantage of our special offers, you cannot request a code or ask for a credit should a new code appear after you have paid up. You may also not abuse our promotional codes in anyway.
- Time of Day - We are a Mon-Fri 8.30am-6.30pm operation (ex Saturdays, Sundays and public holiday). However some of our services may not be available throughout all of that period due to time difference or outside forces not within our reasonable control.
- As Soon As We Can - Concierge operators will provide Information, Personal Outbound Calling, Confirmations, Reservations, Reminders, Travel Arrangements, and other common information requests over the telephone, by email or by text message. We will provide you with the best information possible that we can ascertain to aid with your request. Should that information we provide be inaccurate, please contact us and we will credit your account for that inquiry. Please note, although we strive to close most requests within three working days, we are reliant upon other businesses that may or may not be open. On occasion, requests may not be closed for longer periods, again, depending upon the businesses you are requesting for us to contact, be open for business, enabling us to follow through on your request at hand. If for any reason we've missed the timeline committed to you, please send an email to ringforservice@conciergesilk.com and one of our membership service specialists may select to credit your request.
We are also unable to guarantee that we can fulfil all requests as it depends on what’s requested, suppliers’ availability/stocklists, etc. If we can’t fulfil, we’ll credit the account back. - Singapore Dollars (S$) – S$ are used to monitor the activity of your account. We will not honor any unused S$ after the expiry date. If the cost of requests exceeds your balance, we will not be able to perform the request until you’ve topped up.
We also have a Professional Services section, which encompasses Marketing Services, Event Planning, Travel Planning, Venue Planning, Data Entry and Graphic / Web design. When you request for any one of these Professional Services, we’ll provide a quotation based on your requirements. Should you choose to proceed with Concierge Silk, you would then be billed for the cost of the service. - Limitations - By agreeing to our terms, you realize that there are inherent limitations to the services we are to provide. We will not make illegal purchases on your behalf or represent you in any unlawful or illegal way. For purchases made on your behalf by a concierge operator, Concierge Silk nor its employees or operators will be held accountable for returns, refunds, or guarantees on behalf of the products or services you are purchasing. You are responsible for providing us with your information and there are inherent risks such as fraud, identity theft, wrong purchases, etc.. when allowing an outsider to place purchases on your behalf. Again, we will take all the precautions necessary to protect your information, but we will not be held responsible or accountable or liable for any reason whatsoever should your information become exposed or if you are not pleased with the products or services you approved for us to charge on your behalf.
Concierge Silk or its operators will not be responsible for or be involved in any of your personal, business, financial or other activities. We will also be not be accountable, liable or in any way involved in any fraudulent or illegal activities that you may request from the services provided by us to you. Any such discovery of any fraudulent or illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities and your account will be terminated immediately without notice. - Usage Restrictions - You also agree that you are not to abuse our RMs, our time or our services in any other way outside the scope of our Concierge Services. You are not to resell our services, forward calls to your friends or relatives, exchange membership cards or Spam our RMs with fraudulent and erroneous requests and inquiries. Such actions will result in immediate termination of your account and additional charges for our lost time.
- Billing - You will be billed at the start of purchase of S$. and your membership. Your request(s), purchase of credits or purchase of a Virtual Assistant package will be activated only upon successful payment, unless otherwise indicated for Virtual Assistant package. Should you have any billing questions, please contact us immediately. Your billing statement will reflect a charge from Concierge Silk. On occasion if, your credit card fails resulting in a "do not honor" or "funds exceeded" message which would not allow our system to process your payment, we would not be able to proceed with your purchase or request.
- Payment – Users will be able to purchase credits or Virtual Assistant packages with a credit card either through PayPal or Easy Pay, our online merchant bank. They may also request to pay by using a credit card authorisation form. Any personal or sensitive information contained in the credit authorisation form will be kept in the strictest confidence. However we will not be held responsible or liable whatsoever if such personal or sensitive information is compromised. To reduce the risk of credit card fraud, we would require a front and back copy of the credit card used, and a copy of the payee's passport or NRIC.
Other methods of payment include cash, cheque or Internet banking.
Credits or Virtual Assistant packages are not activated until payment has been received and cleared. - Refunds For Services - There will be no refunds for services that are rendered. As mentioned above, to cancel membership we must be notified in writing via fax or through e-mail. S$ will be refunded only if there was an error committed by a RM. In that case, please notify the RM that they had provided you with the wrong information and they will then provide you with the correct information and credit your account within 3 working days. There will also be no refunds for purchases made on your behalf. When you ask for our representatives to make purchases on your behalf, we will not be held accountable should the product or service you are purchasing not meet the expectations you had in mind. Please review on your own, all refund and exchange policies with the service providers you intend for us to make purchases on your behalf, PRIOR to asking that we make any purchases for you. We will not be held accountable, liable or responsible in anyway for purchases on your behalf that are lost during shipping, tickets arriving late, goods damaged in the mail, etc... We will make purchases on your behalf simply to save you time, but in no way will be responsible for the goods or services we are purchasing.
- Outbound Calling - While our operators will provide outbound calling on your behalf, this service is limited to calls within Singapore. Outbound calls are merely to communicate quick pieces of information to a 3rd party, such as appointment scheduling, confirmations, call backs, leaving voicemails, etc.. Outbound calls will not include conference calling.
You also agree that in some cases such as purchases and appointments, Concierge Silk RMs will need to speak on your behalf, enter your personal information to create profiles (Amazon.com for example), and you authorize us to use your personal profile information to get the things done that you are asking for us to do. - Membership Cards - see below
- Liability - Our hospitality services offer supplemental services to your business or personal or needs. Concierge Silk nor its operators or staff will be held responsible for any reason whatsoever as the result of our services. You agree that should any damages resulting from our informational or general services take place, you revoke your right to pursue any legal action. We will do our best to provide you with sound and accurate information, but should our information lead to your dissatisfaction with the vendor or service or result in action provided, you will be held accountable.
- Travel Arrangements - Travel Arrangements are also offered as part of our services. Concierge Silk will try to find you the best deal for air travel, hotel accommodations, limo services, etc.. We will not be responsible any way and do not represent the quality or vouching of any of these service providers. As the customer, you are accountable for the final selection of your destination or service provider. If you are not pleased with any services referred to by our RMs, please contact the service provider rather than Concierge Silk. Once we place make a purchase or place an order for flights, hotels, or any other travel related services, we will not be held responsible for any refunds or disputes. It will be your responsibility to inquire upon any cancellation rules prior to booking and dispute any concerns you have directly with the service provider. Concierge Silk will not refund, credit or be held responsible whatsoever for any travel related purchases.
- Text Messaging - from time to time, an Operator may offer to text you the information you are looking for. Whether you are looking for movie times, directions or a telephone number, we'll send you a text message. You agree that by saying yes to receiving the text message, you will most likely be charged by your cell phone company. Concierge Silk will not reimburse or be responsible for your text message charges.
- Research - Also included in our services are research typed inquiries. Such requests are limited to searches for places and things. Research requests will only be carried out during business hours. Please allow at least a few hours or days to provide you with the best information possible, depending upon the scarcity of your request.
- Gift Vouchers - If you were provided with a Gift Voucher & Membership, it is required that you activate your membership before or during the validity period of the voucher. If you have not activated your membership within 6 months from receiving your gift, the membership will be considered void. Please also note that your voucher will expire within a predetermined period of time. You must utilize our service during this ACTIVE period of time as unused S$ will not be made available for use or refunded whatsoever upon expiration. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you are purchasing the Virtual Assistant package, you must provide an activation date immediately. The commencement date may be changed by the recipient if the date has not yet passed and if the service has not been used. The date can only be changed once, and for up to two months in advance. If buying S$, these are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
- Everything Else - We appreciate your business and want to provide you with the best Rewarding Lifestyle possible. We will do our very best to service you. Should you encounter a problem please just let us know. By agreeing to our terms you too promise to be reasonable and considerate of our business and services.
MEMBERSHIP CARD
- Mailing - Your Personalized Concierge Card will be mailed to you along with your Welcome Materials approximately 3 - 5 business days after submitting your order. Your membership card will list your name, randomly selected member #, and date joined.
- Lost Cards / Replacements - Should you lose your card or would like one replaced, the charge for the card is S$10.00. There is a maximum of 1 card per membership.
- Usage - You may use the Concierge Silk Card as proof that you are a Concierge Silk Member.
- Misprints - Should you receive a Concierge Card that has been misprinted by our staff we will replace it at once at no charge. Please make sure that when you register your name and information online after signing off on this agreement that your information is exactly as you would like it to appear on your card. We will use that information to print your card.
